1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Ansuz platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Registering on the waitlist implies awareness of these terms.
2. Service description
Ansuz is an AI-powered marketing SaaS platform that provides organic content generation, ad creatives, editorial calendar, metrics dashboard, and brand management — all powered by an AI engine that learns your brand's DNA.
3. Registration and account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- Information provided must be truthful and up to date.
- Each account is personal and non-transferable, except for team members added according to the contracted plan.
4. Permitted use
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Brazilian law.
- Not attempt to access restricted areas, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Not use generated content for illegal, defamatory, or third-party rights-infringing purposes.
- Not resell or redistribute platform access without authorization.
5. Intellectual property
Content generated for you: content created by Ansuz for your brand (scripts, creatives, texts) belongs to you. You may freely use it across your channels.
Platform: Ansuz, including its code, design, algorithms, and brand, is the exclusive property of Ansuz. No rights to the platform are transferred to the user.
6. Plans and payment
- Plan pricing is available on the pricing page.
- Billing is monthly and recurring from the moment access is activated.
- Founder pricing is guaranteed as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty or lock-in, directly from the platform dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
8. Limitation of liability
Ansuz is not responsible for commercial outcomes resulting from the use of generated content. The content is a tool; results depend on execution, market conditions, and variables outside our control. We strive to keep the platform available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notification. Continued use after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. For any disputes, the courts of São Paulo, SP are hereby elected.
