Ansuz ("we", "our") is an AI-powered marketing platform for small and medium-sized businesses. This document explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

- Identification data: name, email, phone number, and company name, voluntarily provided when joining the waitlist or creating an account.
- Usage data: pages visited, browsing time, clicks, and interactions within the platform, collected automatically via PostHog (analytics).
- Brand data (Brand Knowledge): information about your brand entered into the platform for AI-generated content personalization.
- Essential cookies: used for session functionality and user preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
3. How we use your data
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- Generate personalized content based on your brand's Brand Knowledge.
- Send product-related communications (updates, news, support).
- Analyze platform usage for product improvements (anonymized analytics).
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:
- Infrastructure providers: hosting and database services necessary to operate the platform.
- PostHog: for usage analytics, with anonymized data.
- Legal obligations: when required by law or court order.
5. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Content generated for your brand is isolated in your workspace and is not used to train public AI models.

You have the right to:
- Confirm the existence of data processing.
- Access your personal data.
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
- Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data.
- Request data portability.
- Revoke consent at any time.

7. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active or as necessary to provide services. After cancellation, data will be deleted within 30 days, unless legal retention obligations apply.
